       We believe that when a customer chooses a supplier or when a supplier chooses a customer, price is one important factor, but experience makes us feel that proper communication and efficiency are actually more important. When the order is placed with wrong supplier, a lot of extra time and also money will be spent to solve the delivery and/or quality problems. When a factory follows up with a wrong customer, improper communication would make both feel frustrated and precious time is wasted in the end.

       The sand casting process was established in 1993, with more than 1000 employees now. Facility is over 140,000 square meters, covered building is 60,000 square meters.  Annual sales is more than 300 million USD. Parts have been exported to USA, Sweden, France, Japan, Kazakhstan, Australia and Italy. Frequently poured materials are Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr, Mn22Cr2, Carbon Steel, High Chrome Cast Iron, Alloy Steel. Inter. Frequency Electric Furnaces are 1.5ton/ 2set, 3tons/1set, 0.75ton/ 1set. Temperature Range&Liquid Metal Capacity  of laddle is  2T, 3T, 5T, 8T (±20℃). Flask size is between 4000×3000×2000 and 900×600×160. Single casting weight is 1000-2500kgs. Heat treatment oven is energized by gas and electricity, 2 probes and located in the forward and backward. Size and capacity of heat treat is 3300×2400×1970 (or 10-25tons). Sand testing, chemical analysis, tensile testing, stress rupture testing, hardness testing and micro structure analyze are carried out regularly. The foundry is equipped with UT, MT, PT and spectrometer.  Lead time for castings (new item) is 50-60 days. Lead time for castings (regular item) is 30-40 days.

      The lost wax casting process was established in 1994, with more than 120 employees now. Facility is over 8250 square meters, covered building is 3360 square meters.  Annual sales is more than 6 million USD. Parts have been exported to USA, Japan, Australia, Spain and Italy. Frequently poured materials are all types of steel and iron. Inter. Frequency Electric Furnaces are 250kgs/ 2sets. Temperature Range&Liquid Metal Capacity  of laddle is  100kgs (±20℃). Single casting weight is 0.2-100kgs. Heat treatment oven is energized by gas and electricity, 2 probes and located in the forward and backward. Size and capacity of heat treat is 1800×1000×800. Blasting Cabin Size is 1000×1000X500, Vibrating Shakeout Size is  Ф0.5-2mm. Sand testing, chemical analysis, tensile testing, stress rupture testing, hardness testing and micro structure analyze are carried out regularly. The foundry is equipped with spectrometer.  Lead time for castings (new item) is 50-60 days. Lead time for castings (regular item) is 30-40 days.

        In 2005,   Ms. Peng Hong Mei combined her previous work experience as marketing & sales manager  (products: bucket teeth and adapters for Komatsu, Caterpillar etc) and then sourcing chain  manager (products: custom made mechanical spare parts and components), founded SMM, with a view to offer a wide range of mechanical spare parts and components to customers.  In 2007, SMT was founded in Hongkong, trading activities were added. Selling Liners, Hammers, Grates, Mantle,Concave etc wear parts for shredders and crushers. A wide range of wear parts for Metso, Sandvic are available.
