>> Sand Casting Process:

      Major manufacturing line or/and equipments: air-impact automatic greensand molding and furan resin molding line, core-making line, electronic furnaces and copulas. Materials: Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, wear and heat resistant alloy iron. Major products: Big machine beds, housings , compressor bodies and valve bodies. Single casting weight is between 100kgs to 30 tons. Annual capacity 20,000 tons.

>>Sand Casting Process:

       Major manufacturing line or/and equipments: Electric-Arc furnaces and induction electronic furnaces. Materials: Managese Steel, Wear Resistant Alloy Steel. Major products, liners, hammers etc for crushers and grinders, Yokes for mills etc. Single casting weight is between 10kgs to 7 tons. Annual capactiy 12,000 tons.

>>Lost Foam Casting Process:

      Major manufacturing line or/and equipments: Induction furances. Materials: High Cr and Mo and/or Ni Content Alloy Steel or Iron. Major products: Augers for Concrete Equipments and Castings for heat treat Equipments . Single casting weight is between 3kgs to 200kgs.

>>Die Casting and Plastic Injection Process:

      Major equipments: Many CNC machining centers and EDM Machines from Japan and Taiwan, Die Spotting Machines, CMM Devices, Precison Optical Projectors, High-Precision Second-Time Image Measuring Devices ,180Tons to 900Tons Alumimum Injection Machines. Material: Aluminum alloy and plastics. Major Products: Aluminum Die Casting Molds, Plastic Injection Molds, and molded parts for automobile, Electric Tools and Motorbike engines and CATV cable collectors. ”
